Born to Eternal Life February 27, 2015, age 81. Preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Marie (nee Modrzynski) Cieslak. Survived by numerous cousins and friends. Don worked for American Motors Corp./Chrysler for 30 years. He served in the US Army in Newfoundland.

Funeral Mass Saturday, March 7, 2 pm at Our Lady of Divine Providence Parish-St. Mary of Czestochowa Church, corner of N. Fratney and E. Burleigh Sts. Visitation Saturday at the Church from 1 pm until time of Mass. Private burial Holy Cross Cemetery.
