Obituary for Delores M. Janovetz
Delores (Kainz) Janovetz of Mukwonago, passed away, October 23, 2016 at the age of 87.
Delores was the beloved wife of 68 years of Robert Janovetz and loving mother of Elizabeth Brucks, Mark (Linda) Janovetz and Marie (Dave) Keidel. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Joel, Katie, Nick and Julia and great-grandchildren Illana, Dylan and Audrey. She leaves behind sisters Clara, Helen and Shirley (Paul) along with so very many nieces and nephews and their families; preceded in death by her parents, John & Clara, brothers Norman, Joseph, John and sister Mary.
Delores worked many years as a Cook in the kitchen at Clarendon Elementary School in Mukwonago besides working at the Mukwonago Bakery. She was a Boy Scout and Girl Scout leader for many years and involved in many local events with her children and within the Community and Church.
Delores (and Bob) loved camping, boating and travelling and had visited all 50 States, Canada and Mexico - most by driving. Delores became proficient driving Bob's 2-stick Mack semi-tractor while riding with him back in the day when there were very few women "big rig" drivers. And their home is decorated with her many oil paintings and crafts.
Cremation was handled by Schramka Funeral Home and there will be an upcoming Service on Sunday, November 6, 1pm at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 211 Main St., Mukwonago, followed by a Remembrance-Get-Together at the American Legion Hall in Mukwonago on Hwy NN. In lieu of flowers or gifts please donate to the Lymphoma Research Foundation.
