Nobody will ever forget Flo standing on the second floor porch at 4AM on the Saturday morning of a wedding for Franks nephew, yelling out to me , "Keith don't you ever come back to this house again", because the wedding party of men had just put Frank, Flos's husband, on a Greyhound bus heading for Chicago the night before the weddingwith the groom and Frank was scheduled to stand up for the wedding. We left the two of them with no money and no shoes, only after the both of them ( Frank and the groom) passed out on the ride to the bus terminal. Frank planned the event all night with us and thought only the groom was going to be dropped off. Only he did not stay awake so he to was sent on the ride and the two of them woke up in the Cicago bus terminal just hours befr ethe wedding. The rest of us returned to the Sczyjakowsi house where the stag party was held only to find Flo standing up on that porch letting the "entire" world know how she felt. That night at the wedding, Flo warned me"don't you say a word about the bus ride! However when the dance came up for the bridel party to dance, the DJ was instructed to make the ultimate comment, "Frank your not holding Flo as close to you as you did your partner on the bus last night t Chicago. The entire wedding hall let out with a cheer.
God! I loved that woman, because she always treated me like one of her own children. That was my second home during my yonger years when Jim and I were growing up and she was my second mother.
