Edie lead a grand life filled with love, caring and enthusiasm. Her journey allowed her to raise a couple great kids, bring fun and excitement to three husbands, and enhance the future with five amazing grandkids and three great-grandkids.

After being a homemaker for 20 years, Edie burst onto the business world by bringing her substantial financial skills to the medical buildings industry for over 30 years. At her peak she was CFO of Universal Medical buildings and Treasurer for the Joseph Checota campaign for US Senate.

Edie is survived by her children Debra (Dan) and Kevin (Sharon), Grandchildren Kristin, Lauren (Ryan), Christopher and Timothy, and Great-Grandchildren Thor, Nolan and Blaire. Edie is also survived by her brother Duane (Gail).

Blasting into eternal bliss ahead of Edie are husbands Jay, Dick and Bill, as well as her granddaughter Elly, and her brothers Dan (Sharon), Jim (Louise), and Mike (Maria).

Edie was an active member of her church (Grace Lutheran in Thiensville) and Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County. She will be missed by all, but man, does she have a lot of catching up to do in heaven!

Funeral service will be held Friday, February 23 at 11 AM at Grace Lutheran Church, 303 Green Bay Rd, Thiensville. Visitation from 9 AM until the time of service. Interment Immanuel Cemetery, Cedarburg.
