Condolences

Condolence From: Bob Lohmann
Condolence: My sincere condolences to the family. We will all miss Gerry and all the fun he was to be with!! He was the hardest worker I know and the only person who could sell a mower without a cutting blade! Carol and I can’t make the funeral but Gerry and the family are included in our prayers. He will have a great time in heaven with all his brothers and sisters...what a great group. When is the party celebrating his life?

Condolence: There has always been a soft spot in my heart for Gerry. Family gatherings, some of the early Birkie weekends, playing cards, telling jokes...he'd slap his knees and laugh so hard at his own jokes!! He was so easy to love. I have a poem that he wrote to Charlie when Charlie left for the Marines; how many uncles would do that! Gerry laughed often and loved deeply; he was special, he was my "uncle", too. My thoughts are with you all.

Condolence: I will miss my favorite uncle. We had great conversations about family doings when he was young. We disagreed about every political issue but both of us liked watching birds, gardening, liverwurst and laughing.
