"Tony"

Passed peacefully on Tues., Jan. 11, 2022, at the age of 92. Husband of the late Winifred (nee Weber) and the late Betty (nee Becker). Loving Dad to Michael Conway, the late Dennis (Socorro) Conway, Kevin (Christine) Conway, the late infant James, the late Mary (Mark) Braatz, Maureen (Chet) Balcerzak, Kelly Conway and Tracy (John) Gamsky, step-children Bob, Kathy, Cindy (Jeff), and Jeanie.

Proud grandpa of Denise (Kevin), Kevin (Jamie), Hannah, Olivia, Grace, Daniel, Thomas, Eric (Sarah), Joshua, April (Kevin), Jordan (Rachel), Jonathan, and Josette. Dear great-grandpa of Grady, Elizabeth, Zephan, Lorelei, Addison, Kolbe, Fern, Rosalie, Graham, Archie, Ezra, Callan, Eli, and Landon.

Tony is survived by siblings, Kathleen (the late Roy) Arnas, Marcia (Larry) Dellefield, William (the late Julie) Conway, and Ann (the late Kim) Legnante. Predeceased by sisters Patricia (Frank) LaSalle and Rose Marie (Frank) Ianno.
Tony will be missed by family and many special friends, including Edna and Donovan.

A visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 21, from 1:00PM until the time of the 4:00PM Prayer Service, followed my Military Honors at the funeral home. Burial will be private.


** Tony was a proud Irishman, animal lover, raised during the depression, served 5 years in the U.S. Navy (1946-1951), was a member Teamsters Union Local 344, member of American Legion H.A Todd Jr. Post 537. He was a die-hard Cubs fan and one of his fondest memories was being taken to a Cubs World Series game and then being honored at a Chicago sports bar for his lifelong enthusiasm for the Cubs
