Daniel F. Schwindt
Passed away peacefully August 17, 2022 at the age of 79. Loving father of Lorie (Bee) Vannarom, Katie Phommarath, Scott (Charlene) Schwindt, and Steve (Traci) Schwindt. Beloved grandpa of Nick (Kala), Justin, Kyle, Nathan (Katy), Leanna, Mike, and Samantha. Preceded in death by his wife Carol and parents Frank and Rose.
Dan was hard working father who cared for his family and friends. He enjoyed puttering in his basement workshop. He loved the outdoors. Hunting and fishing were his favorite outdoor activities. He was happiest when in the woods or out on the lake. Just like his grandkids, he spoiled his dogs and cat. Dan was a very selfless person. He helped others in need even when he may not have had much to give. He was always willing to help in any way he could. He will be missed, but never forgotten.
Funeral service will be held at 7 pm Friday, August 19 at the funeral home. Visitation will be from 4 pm until the time of service.
