Obituary for Raymond Delbert Miller
Raymond D. Miller, age 90, passed peacefully to eternal life on Sunday, June 12, 2022. He was born in Milwaukee, WI to the late Delbert F. and Margaret E. Miller (Dusing). He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Tracey; his sister, Elnore Mueller and brother-in-law, Robert Mueller.
Ray was dearly loved and will be sorely missed by his partner of more than twenty years, Judith Godlewski; his daughters, Abby (Steve) Brooks, Kerry (Tom) Crowley, Stacy (Brett) Dzieminski; grandsons, Reese and Colton Crowley; niece, Linda Mueller and nephew David (Tammy) Mueller.
He graduated from Boys Tech High School and spent his career as a lithographic platemaker. Ray was a lover of all things electronic and was known to be one of the first purchasers of every new gadget introduced to the market. He enjoyed traveling and appreciated good food, never turning down a second piece of dessert. He will be remembered by all who knew him as a quiet and kind soul who more often than not chose to look at the bright side of life.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at Acts 2 Church which meets inside the Wales/Genesee Lion’s Club, S42 W31400 State Road 83, Genesee Depot, WI. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with the service to follow. Parking is available at the Genesee Town Hall across the street.
