Scott Allan Schrank met his Savior on January 1, 2021 at the age of 58. There to welcome him in heaven were his wife Gail, and his parents Frederick and Janet Schrank. Scott is survived by sons Marshall (Natasha), Spencer (Suzanne), and Dereck, grandchildren Kali and Arthur, sister Sue (Bob) Patten, nephews Robert, Zachary (Angie), and Justin (Katy), along with so many amazing relatives and friends
Scott will be fondly missed by his significant other, Karen Moore. Karen’s care and companionship brought him tremendous joy throughout his journey.
Scott was baptized into faith on October 30, 1962 and confirmed his faith on June 6, 1976 at Benediction Lutheran Church. He was also married January 14, 1983. He was a graduate of James Madison High School.
Scott was a dedicated Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service for 32 years, where he was also part of the Flag Detail. He leaves behind many close USPS friends and colleagues.
He was a long time member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, where as a man of strong faith, he sang in the men’s choir and played his trumpet for services. He was also a member of Spielmannszug Milwaukee, Muller Fasching Verein Milwaukee, Wauwatosa Community and Jazz bands, the Milwaukee American Legion Band, and founder of the Brew City Big Band. In addition to his love for playing music, he was talented dancer. Most of all, he will be remembered for his strong faith and love for family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 4:30PM to 7:00PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 13445 Hampton Road, Brookfield, WI 53005. Memorial Service at 7:00PM with Pastor Dan Schneider officiating. Masks and social distancing are required during the visitation and service
