Obituary for Wendy A. Rojas-Benitez
Wendy A. Rojas-Benitez (Pouchnik), 74, of Wauwatosa, WI went home to Jesus in the early morning hours of Sunday. March 14, 2021.
Wendy was born on January 7, 1947, to Henry and Mae Pouchnik in Madison, WI. Growing up, she helped her father in his Pharmacy and enjoyed the company of her sister and brother.
Wendy was a light to others whose lives she touched. She was a Believer in the Lord, helped those who needed it, and was always available to those who called needing prayer or a listening ear. She was often described as a sweet, caring, and loving woman. Her home was filled with light, love, and laughter. She was affectionately known as Mimi to her grandsons. She will be greatly missed by all.
She leaves behind her beautiful daughters, Sara (Adam) and Ana (Mike), her grandsons Michael and Dominic, her eldest sister Diane (Bob) along with her nieces Jennie (Rob), Alison, and her nephews, Steve (Mary), Jesse (Nicholle) and Andy. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Wendy joins her loving parents Henry and Mae, her dear brother Mark along with his wife Linda, and her eldest niece, Debby in Heaven.
The family asks that all cards and flowers be sent to Schramka Funeral Homes at 13220 W Capitol Dr. Brookfield, WI 53005.
Visitation will be March 25, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a Service to follow at the same location at Schramka Funeral Home.
