Andrew Lange

Andrew R. Lange, Born to Eternal Life November 3, 2014, age 43 years. Beloved son of Kate Eineichner and Ron (Nancy Blair) Lange. Loving brother of Heather Lange. Dear nephew of Richard Wurtz. Fond cousin of Jennifer, Nathan and Ryan. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Andrew graduated from Hartland Arrowhead High School in 1989, UW-Stevens Point in 1992 and he received his PhD from the Medical College of WI in 1996. Private family services were held and a celebration of life service will be held for Andrew in the spring of 2015.
