Anton Simenc

Anton V. Simenc (Tony) Resident of Franklin, WI, age 90. Was born January 28, 1930 and passed away on October 25, 2020 after a long stay at Village of Manor Park. Tony was born in Sheboygan, WI. He spent part of his youth in Yugoslavia from age 8 to 18 when his father passed away and his mother wanted to revisit her homeland. He would eventually receive a masters degree in civil engineering from University of Wisconsin. He was employed in the Bureau of Engineers-Water Engineering-City of Milwaukee until his retirement. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Carol (nee Stampfl). Further survived by son Joseph (Debra) Simenc, daughter Jennifer (Glen) Kinion, and daughter Maria Hanrahan, grandchildren Katie and Ryan Hanrahan and Gunnar and Garrett Simenc. Tony spent many of his younger days playing soccer with teams in the Milwaukee and Sheboygan areas, enjoyed handball, raquetball and golf. Per the family's wishes there will be no service or memorial.
