Beatrix Susan Kluck, 84, was Born into Eternal Life on May 18, 2022 surrounded by loved ones.
She was born on February 20, 1938, to the late Ernst and Ruby (nee Bernitt) Leichnitz. On November 18, 1967 she married Sylvester Kluck at Trinity Lutheran Church in West Allis.
Beatrix worked as a bookkeeper at Holzman & Sons Waste Paper Company, where she met Sylvester. After her children were grown, she transitioned into child care and worked at both Ebenezer Lutheran and Mount Olive Lutheran.
She was an avid knitter, loved to travel, enjoyed playing cards with her friends and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also volunteered at the West Allis Community Center.
She is survived by her two children, Jennifer (Kevin) Klimek and James (Mandy) Kluck; grandchildren Isabel and Ethan Kluck; sister Carol (Jack); brother Ernst "Bucky" (Jean); in addition to other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sylvester; and sisters Harriet (Ruben), Mary, and Olive (Gerald).
Friends and family will gather at Schramka Funeral Home (11030 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners) from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 26 for visitation; funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Burial will be held at Forest Home Cemetery (2405 West Forest Home Ave., Milwaukee) on Friday, May 27. Family and friends will meet at the main gate at 12:15 p.m. and proceed to the burial site at 12:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to Aurora Zilber Family Hospice, who provided outstanding care for Bea during her final days.
