Brian L. Peterson, Age 64, Passed away on August 28, 2023, in Waterford, WI. Born in Milwaukee, WI, on November 16, 1958. Brian graduated from Christ King Grade School in Wauwatosa, WI and Marshall High School in Milwaukee, WI. He went on to earn associate degrees from both Waukesha County Technical College and Milwaukee Area Technical College. Brian worked many years at Burghardt Sporting Goods and then several years as a carpenter with; City of Milwaukee, Kitchen Design Studio, Delfosse Construction, Allen Kitchen & Bath, and Renewal by Andersen.
Brian was an enthusiastic sports fan and an active participant. He was known for coaching any sport his children participated in, demonstrating his commitment to being a hands-on father. He also loved to play, coach, and manage multiple softball teams over the years. He also enjoyed ice skating, downhill skiing, and fishing lakes in Minnesota. Brian was a diehard fan of the Minnesota Vikings, Milwaukee Brewers, and Minnesota Wild, and he never missed an opportunity to cheer on his favorite teams. He also had lots of love for animals especially his dog Bucky. Brian was a loving father of Evan and Grace Peterson. He is also survived by his sisters, Linda (Gregg) Johnson and Laurie (Chuck) Price; his brother, Terry (Therese); and his Uncle Mike (Lynn) Rose. His aunts, Betty Larson and Bev Peterson. Brian was a beloved uncle and friend to many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd "Pete" and Mary; his Uncle Richard "Doc" Rose; his Aunt Carol Broton; his Uncle Fred Peterson; and Haven Broton. Brian's life was characterized by his generosity and thoughtful nature. He had a great love for his children, family, and friends, often going out of his way to lend a helping hand. He will be deeply missed, and his dedication to those he cared about will be remembered by all who knew him, but his spirit will live on through the many lives he touched.
