Born to Eternal Life September 20, 2015, age 36 years. Beloved husband of Rachel (nee Sullivan). Dear father of Seth and Damian. Loving son of Mike (Julie) Bequest and the late Sandra Clark. Loving brother of Justin Clark and the late Tabitha Clark. Step brother of Katy Lockhart. Son-in-law of Barb and Ken Sullivan. Grandson of Orval Bequest. Preceded in death by his grandparents Alberta Bequest, Phyllis Clark, and Edmund Clark. Also survived by many other relatives and friends. Visitation Thursday, Sept. 24, 4-7 pm at the Funeral Home with a Funeral Service at 7 pm. Private burial Forest Hill Memorial Park in Oak Creek.
