Christine Swannell

Born to Life May 22, 1951-Born to Eternal Life December 14, 2016. Preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Shirley (nee Lueck) Swannell. Dear sister of Robert (Carol) Swannell. Devoted aunt of Melanie, Paul and Brett. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Christine was a graduate of Carthage College, and active member of Ascension Lutheran Church and she taught at Manitoba Elementary School for 33 years. Visitation Friday, December 23, 3-5 PM at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1236 S. Layton Blvd. in Milwaukee, followed by a Funeral Service at 5 PM. After the service please join the family for a meal in the church hall. Private burial at Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Ascension Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
