Christy Lynn (nee Zemski) Culp, 59, of Brown Deer found eternal peace May 9th, 2021 at Horizon's Hospice in Mequon. She was surrounded with love during her final days and held on longer than anyone expected.
Christy held a gentle spirit and in her youth was vibrant, free, and could not be tamed. She lived her life how she wanted and was stubborn until her very last breath. Music rang through her soul in everything she did and was always the first one on the dance floor. Her greatest life achievement was raising her children to be kind, compassionate, and loving people who persevere no matter what life throws their way. She did the best of her ability and it was enough. It was enough for in the end only love remains.
Christy is survived by her children: Nicole (Luke) Ziobro, Billy (Kelly) Culp, and Alyssa Culp; her grandchildren: Ethan, Owen and Nora; her parents: Fred and Mary Zemski; her sister: Cheryl (Dan) Baxter; her cousin and best friend: Theresa (Ed) Tapper; her special friend: Tim and a whole sea of friends and family.
Christy is preceded in death by her husband: William M. Culp; her longtime special friend: Gary Heiden; her best friend: Patti Castle; her brother-in-law Jessi Culp; her close aunt: Terry Campion; as well as a slew of friends and family of long ago. She was welcomed with loving arms upon her transition to heaven.
The family is respecting Christy's wishes by not having a funeral at this time and will have her cremated. In lieu of flowers final expense donations are greatly appreciated and can be made through Nicole Ziobro or Billy Culp.
In Christy's memory please listen to the soundtrack of her life and dance your heart out. She will be dancing right alongside you.
