Christy Thomas

Christy Marie Thomas (55) born November 26, 1967, was called home on December 31st, 2022. Christy was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, attended South Division High School and Alverno College. In 1998 she relocated to the Gulf Coast of Florida where she raised her family. Christy loved the outdoors and all animal life, especially hummingbirds, cats, and dogs. She enjoyed cooking, her specialties being tamales, arroz con gandules, and her famous cheesecake. What made her happiest of all was quality time with her family, gift giving, serving others, making people smile and seeing them happy. Christy is survived by her parents Ray and Joy (Brzycki) Thomas; her children Niko (Dorinda) Espino, Kiana Espino, Mario Espino; her siblings Trisa (Thomas) and the late Donald Hayden, Rick Thomas, Jenny Golden; her niece Gabrielle Hayden and nephew's Don Hayden and Angel Rivera as well as family and friends. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life on Friday January 27, 2023, at St. Sebastian Church 5400 W Washington Blvd, Milwaukee, WI 53208. Visitation 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass 11:00 am to 12:00 p.m.
