Cindy Krause

Cynthia Ann Krause "Cindy", age 77, of Milwaukee, WI passed away on Mar. 14, 2023. Cindy, as she was known to everyone, had a very giving heart and was someone you would never forget. She was born on Aug. 20, 1945 to Alyse and Edward Krause. As a 1963 graduate of Custer High School, she attended Milw. Institute of Tech. Her entire career was spent working for Blue Cross. Cindy was a lifetime member of Bethel-Bethany UCC and regularly volunteered for several organizations such as The Salvation Army and The Park People. She was a creative person and frequently entered and placed at the WI State Fair for baking and creating scrapbook pages and cards. She especially loved children and would delight in volunteering in the church nursery and spending time with her grandnieces and nephews. Cindy is survived by her brother Thomas (Lindell Behlendorf) Krause, nieces Alysia (Keith) Beck, Laura (Brad) Gabrys, nephew Adam (Heidi) Krause and 7 grandnieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Jimmy. A visitation will be held Fri., March 24 at Bethel-Bethany UCC from 10:00-11:00 am, with a service and luncheon following. A private burial will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army or Bethel-Bethany UCC are appreciated.
