(Nee Michalak) Was born to Eternal Life April 24, 2018 at the age of 94. Preceded in death by her husband Leonard Lepak. Survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 2 at 11 AM at Wisconsin Memorial Park Chapel of the Chimes (13235 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield). Visitation from 10 AM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to your favorite charity in Connie's name are appreciated.
