Hopper, Daniel E. passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at the age of 56. Beloved father of Chase and Nicholas. Loving brother of Carol Chase. Dearest friend of Ellen. Loving uncle of Sarah (Jeff) Kolacki and 5 great nieces and nephews. Dear cousin of Kathy and Jodi and their children and Greg Nelson. Good Friend of Lisa Kipp. Preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Helen. The family will be receiving guests at the funeral home Sunday, October 30 from 1:30 to 3:30pm with a memorial service at 3:30pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Community Memorial Hospital Cancer Center or to Good Shepherd Catholic Church appreciated. Anyone who met Dan especially appreciated Dan's unique way of stating his sometimes unusual ideas and adding his straight faced sense of humor made him a man that "once you met Dan, you didn't forget him."
