Darlene Christon

Bayside – 61 died peacefully on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Haven-Bayside. She was born on June 26, 1959 in Milwaukee the daughter of James and Bess Christon. She lived the majority of her life on Hollyhock Lane in Elm Grove. She attended Brookfield East High School. With the loving care and support of Tenisha Love and her staff at Creative Living Environments and Kari and Julie of Waukesha County Mental Health Darlene was able to live a life filled with love and compassion. They were her best advocates. Darlene is survived by her mother, Bess Christon, sister, Debbie (Jack) Hemb, brother, Dr James (Lisa) Christon, niece and nephews, Brent Hemb, Jimmy, Josie, and Jon Christon, uncles Nick and Harry, aunt Christine, cousins, Nick(Georgia), Chris (Tanja) and Margaret (Brian), Chris, Denise (Neil), Larry (Jennifer), Chris and Ted Danikolas, Tom (Chris), Barb, Ellen, Laura and Linda Christon, as well as the residents at Clarion Manor. She was predeceased by her beloved father, James Christon and special aunt, Xanthippe. Darlene will be laid to rest at Wisconsin Memorial Park. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
