David E. Castaneda

May David be at peace from the physical and emotional pain he has suffered throughout recent years. David is now in the company of his beloved son, Nicolas, brother, Jose, mother, Nelfa and father, Arnaldo as well as his family, friends, (and not least of all, his much-loved German shepherds: Buster, Scrapper, Gump, Sasha and Buddy), who passed before him. He will be remembered as a loving, thoughtful, generous, and caring brother, cousin, nephew, and by everyone he adopted as close family or friend, or who in return, welcomed him into their heart, home, and family (even his many golf buddies who regularly beat him). He was always the one to organize, what most would consider very loud and chaotic family holiday dinners and special get-togethers at his home and favorite restaurants in the different locations where he lived and worked throughout his life: Colorado, Florida, Texas, and Wisconsin. He never hesitated to offer his help and support to those in need. We are blessed to have had him in our lives, and he will always be an unforgettable part of all the special moments, occasions, and memories that we were fortunate to share with him. We have no doubt that his golf game has greatly improved and that he is painlessly enjoying the most challenging heavenly golf course in the sky.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Colorado. Please remember David in your prayers.
