Of Milwaukee, formerly of Chicago Ridge, IL. Born to Eternal Life March 21, 2016, age 61 years. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Hooton). Dear father of Michael Fagan. Loving son of William and Jean Fagan. Fond brother of Ann (Joe) Hruska, Carol (Dan) Bauer and Richard (Bonita) Fagan. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Dr. David had a longtime practice in Thiensville, WI. His patient's well being was foremost in his life. Visitation Friday, March 25, 4-7 pm at the Schramka-Densow Funeral Home, 423 N. Main St., Thiensville, WI, followed by a Funeral Service at 7 pm.
