Ella Schumacher

(Nee Bellis) Born to Eternal Life on April 8, 2021 at the age of 101. She is reunited with her husband Melvin Schumacher, parents Harold and Katherine Bellis, siblings Walter Bellis, Arthur (Irma) Bellis, Edith Bellis, and Marjorie (Gerald) Reed. She is survived by her loving daughter Catherine (Lester) Casey, Grandchildren Alex (Elizabeth) Tavaghoee, Tiffany Hernandez, Connie (Nathan) Robbins; Great grandchildren Ella Tavaghoee and baby Robbins; nephews Timothy (Carla) Bellis and Thomas Bellis, and many other relatives and friends. Ella was a devoted member of Our Savior Lutheran Church where she worshipped for 72 years. She enjoyed teaching Sunday school and volunteering at many parish functions. Additionally Ella had a lifelong passion for reading and dancing as well as a deep love for her dogs. She is reunited with her furry companions Heather, Teddy, Cricket and Misty Rose. A special than you to her granddaughter Tiffany Hernandez and Horizon Hospice for the love and care they provided Ella. Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday April 16, at Arlington Cemetery at 11:00 AM with burial to follow
