Evelyn Zak

Joined her husband, Valentine, and son, Lawrence into Eternal Life on January 22, 2016 at the age of 86. She was the proud and loving mother of Kathleen (Wallace) Schaffer, Thomas (Anne) Zak, Lawrence Zak and Valerie Zak; Grandma of Jerry Schaffer, Jacqueline (Brian) Podolski, Jessica (Bryan) Greisch, Christopher Zak, Brittany (Sam) West, Shawn Zak and Sara Uecker; Great Grandma of Logan and Katelyn Greisch; Alyssa, Allison, Natalie and Hailey West; and Vincenzo, Talianna and Gian Uecker. She watches over us from Heaven now and remains alive in our hearts forever. Evelyn's family would like to thank the staff at Heritage Assisted Living and Hometown Hospice for their care, kindness and support. Private services will be held.
