Georgene "Gigi" Rentmeester

Georgene "GiGi" Rentmeester Nee Strand of Menomonee Falls, went to be with God on December 17, from complications of pneumonia.  Her family includes her late parents Kathryn Strand and Arthur Strand, her daughter Lisa Drzewiecki (Rentmeester), her sisters Dianne Ross (the late Bill Ross), the late Shari Hurst, Carl Hurst, her late husband Dale Rentmeester, her nephews David Martin and Ross Martin (Erin), her great-nephew Ethan Ross, great-nieces Lilly Martin, Myah Martin and Avery Martin.  Her nieces Susie Kutzner and Carol Brunson, Tracy Wheeler and nephew Scott Petersen. Many wonderful dear lifelong friends. Especially Jan.  Thank you for all the memories up north. She was an amazing loving mom and sister.  She was love.  She was caring, filled with faith, and a survivor of breast and lung cancer.  She was a fighter and did until she let go and went to God. She is free and flowing gracefully in spirt and love. With beautiful sparkle. Thank you to the second floor nurses and doctors at Community Memorial Hospital. A very special thank you and love to Dr. Alqwasmi, her oncologist at the Cancer Care Center at Community Memorial. Visitation at 10:30 and Mass at 12:00 at Good Shepard Catholic Church in Menomonee Falls, WI.  Thursday, December 28, 2023.
