Gertrude found peace on the morning of August 1, 2026. She leaves us with heavy hearts but many fond memories. Her kindness and generosity will be remembered by all who were close to her. She was an exemplification of love, determination and perseverance.
Gertrude was the daughter of Stanley and Evka Gabriel. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles R. Gasper, and dear mother of the late Charles G. Gasper, Cindy (Greg) Singer, and Rick (Pam) Gasper. Gertrude is the adoring grandmother of Kelly (Dave) Sparacino, Monica Krueger and Lindsay Gasper (Jonathan Smith). Other cherished members of the family are her four great grandchildren, Drew and Mia Sparacino and Griffin and Isabelle Krueger. We also wish to acknowledge relatives and family friends not often seen, but always remembered.
Gertrude received extraordinary care during her closing months at the Rainbow Hospice Care Inpatient Center in Johnson Creek, WI. For this, we will be forever grateful. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to this wonderful organization.
