Herta Gaube-Schaldach

Herta Gaube-Schaldach born in Czechoslovakia December 12, 1923. Born to eternal life April 16, 2021. Preceded in death by her loving first husband Erwin Gaube and her beloved second husband Kurt Schaldach and lovely angel granddaughter Veronica. Survived by her son John (Janine) Gaube, Bianca (John) Zimmermann, Matt (Debbie) Schaldach, grandchildren Brian Schaldach, Kristina (Felix) Chamard, Jean Paul (Haley) Zimmermann and great grandson Owen Chamard. Herta met the first love of her life Erwin Gaube in Czechoslovakia. They married and eventually moved to Milwaukee. She worked in ladies' fashion sales and became assistant store manager for Chapman's Department Store. Erwin passed away and 10 years later she married the second love of her life Kurt Schaldach and moved to Napa, California. They became world travelers, particularly enjoying their time in Maui, Hawaii. The family would like to thank the staff at Creekside Terrace for their loving care. Visitation at the Schramka-Borgwardt Funeral Home, 11030 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners on Friday, April 23, from 11:00am-1:00pm with a Service to follow at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Show Hope (a faith based adoption aid organization).
