Irene Karst

Karst, Irene F. (Nee Polzin) Of Greenfield formerly of New Mexico passed away on October 14th, 2017 at the age of 95. Loving mother of Ann (Ronald) Behringer, Barbara Gruss Retzlaff, foster son Michael Gruss. Proud grandmother of 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Further survived by nieces nephews other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her loving husband Arthur Karst, sister Ila Kastenmeier, brother Roland Polzin, son-in-law Robert Retzlaff, and grand daughter-in-law Sherri Gruss. Irene retired after 30 years from Weyenberg Shoe Factory. Special Thank You to St. Clare Terrace, Your Choice Family Care and Horizon Hospice. Visitation will be Saturday November 4th 10:00AM to 11:30AM with service to follow at St. Luke's Lutheran Church. 6705 Northway, Greendale, WI 53129.
