James Fay

James Patrick Fay left us on November 13, 2022 at the age of 86 due to complications of a stroke. He is survived by his wife Marlene (Buss) of 50 years, son Brian and daughter Brenda, four grandsons, Ian, William, Henry, and Ronan, sister-in-law Mary Fay, brother-in-law Robert Buss (Kathy), along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and special neighbors. Preceded in death by infant daughter Colleen, parents H. Patrick Fay and Blandina (Ullrich), brother Michael, brother-in-law Kenneth Buss and sister-in-law Barbara Buss. Jim enjoyed reading, watching Me TV, sports, growing sunflowers, and zinnias. Jim belonged to St. Mary's Menomonee Falls his entire life and sang in the church choir for 50 years. He also belonged to the Menomonee Falls Historical Society and enjoyed volunteering in the upper barn at Old Falls Village. The family would like to thank the Menomonee Falls Fire Dept., EMS and the doctors and nurses (5th floor) at Froedtert Menomonee Falls for their care and compassion. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26 at 3 PM at the Schramka Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls. Visitation from 1 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Menomonee Falls Historical Society are appreciated.
