James Kowalski

Passed away peacefully September 20, 2015 age 80 at Angels Grace in Oconomowoc. Beloved husband of Rena. Loving father of Kevin (Helga) and Brian (Sherry). Step-father of Graham (Karen) McGrath and Kenneth McGrath. Grandfather of Bailey Kowalski. Preceded in death by his first wife, Christine and brother, Jerry (Barbara). Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jim served as a clerk in the Army, graduated from UW Milwaukee, and was a member of St. Joseph Benevolent Society. He was an amazing carpenter and avid bicyclist. Jim took trips to Scotland, Spain, Florida, and up the west coast where he enjoyed biking with his wife, Rena. Funeral service will be held Friday, September 25 at Wisconsin Memorial Park (13235 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield) in the Chapel of the Flowers at 11 am. Visitation from 9 am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations to Angels Grace Hospice (W359 N7430 Brown St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) appreciated.
