James Opat

March 24, 1951 — December 16, 2024

Jim passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on December 16, 2024. James was born on March 24 ^th , 1951 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Mary and Edward Opat. Beloved husband to the late Sandra Ann Opat. Jim is survived by his sons Michael and James along with his grandchildren Jimmy, Evelyn and Michael. A loyal fan of the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers. He enjoyed spending his time with family and friends, sharing in the outdoors, great food and the thrill of a good game. According to his wishes, no services will be held at this time. In May of 2025 a small ceremony will be held at the Nashville Cemetery in Nashville, Wisconsin. The exact date will be announced later.
