James Schilter

May 29, 1930 — December 27, 2015

Reunited with the love of his life, June (nee Kreilkamp) on December 27, 2015 at the age of 85. Son of the late George and Marie Schilter. Cherished son-in-law of the late Ivo and Elsie Kreilkamp. Brother of Fritz (Mitz). Loving father of John, Jeffrey and Jerrold (Jeanette). Proud Grandpa of David (Amy) Rochol, Robert (Robyn), Kevin (Miranda) Rochol, Nicholas, Janelle (Mike) Peatross, Andrew and Heather. Lovingly survived by precious great-grandchildren Joey, Dominick, Jailyn, Jocelyn, Lucas, Nolan and Bella other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, January 5, 10AM at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 8200 W. Denver Ave. Visitation Tuesday at the Church from 9AM until time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Northwest Catholic School would be appreciated. Jim proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War, was the former owner of Jim's Service Station and worked as the Maintenance Supervisor for the Elmbrook School District. Jim was not a man of many words, but had the biggest heart we know!
