Janice Kinzel

November 18, 1939 — December 13, 2016

Kinzel, Janice (Nee Walker) Went home to the Lord December 13, 2016 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of Richard. Loving mother of Julie. Proud grandmother of Zane and Buck Straka. Dear sister of John T. Walker and James V. Walker, and sister-in-law of Ken (Judy) Kinzel and Wally Kinzel. Preceded in death by her parents Henry and Providence Walker. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Janice was born in Oak Park, IL. She grew up and spent 50 years in Elmhurst working and raising a family. In 2000, she relocated to Cedarburg to enjoy retirement with her family and grandchildren. Janice graduated with a degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin Madison and a degree in business from Elmhurst College. She was a senior vice president of lending and a compliance officer at Elmhurst National Bank for 27 years. After retiring she became a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker. Throughout her life, Janice was active in different associations, including the Installment Bankers Association of IL of which she was president, the American Advisory Board of Banking, Women in Banking Association, and was the Marketing Director for the Ozaukee County Republican Committee. In lieu of a service, memorial donations to the American Cancer Society in Janice's name are appreciated.
