Jerome M. Surprise

In loving memory of Mitchell Jerome (Jerry) Surprise born October 29, 1936.

Preceded in death by his parents, Clem and Norine Surprise and his sister Yvonne Bode. He is survived by his brothers Robert (Jan) Surprise, James (Kate) Surprise and sister Natalie (Bill) Raaths.
He was a devoted husband to his wife Janice who preceded him in death. He was a great father to his children Steven Surprise, Jeff (Tammy) Surprise, Craig (Amy) Surprise, and Victoria (Mike) Franceschi.

He treasured family gatherings with his grandchildren Kira Surprise, Kyle (Hiosa) Surprise, Ashley (Tyler) Hansen, Josh Surprise, Sarah Surprise, Rachel (Jon) Haaven, Peter Franceschi, Ryan (Ariana) Surprise, Madi (Dale) Tygum, Taylor (Zach) Bishop. His great grandchildren Eziaha, Harper Surprise and Dominic Surprise, Hazel & Josie Hansen, Kai Tygum.

He was a loyal employee of Roundy’s for 40 years and a proud Teamster. His favorite hobbies were watching sports, deer hunting, fishing, and of course his casino trips. He enjoyed cookouts in the backyard and Milwaukee Brewer Game Tailgates. He loved card games at deer camp and was tough to beat at Sheepshead. He cherished his time sharing many laughs with his friends at the Loca Latte coffee shop in Sussex. He will be missed deeply. Well done Dad!
