Of Sussex, WI.  Jerry was Born to Life on May 3, 1942, in Chester, West Virginia to Garnet and Rosella Ash.  He was Born to Eternal Life on August 20, 2024.  Preceded in death by his parents and his brother David Ash.  Beloved husband of Sandra Ash.  Dear father of Christopher Ash, Tracy (Brian) Guinn, Lawrence (Dawn) Goebel, Timothy (Laura) Goebel and Jason (Carrie) Goebel.  Loving grandfather of Tyler Jones, Reed Jones, Megan (Tyler) Moss, Morgan (Rene) Preciado, Chase (Elizabeth) Guinn, Cheryl Goebel, Haley Goebel, Justin Gleesing, Zachary Goebel, Caleb Goebel, Stella Goebel, Jack Goebel and Reese Goebel.  Loving great-grandfather of Grayden Moss, Hixson Moss and Beau Moss.  Fond brother of Leslie (Joan) Ash and Patricia Larkin.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many great friends. Jerry cherished his hometown of Chester, West Virginia.  He was stationed at Fort Sheridan, Illinois where he served as a Military Policeman in the US Army.  His hobbies included woodworking, driving his Jeep, cooking and riding his John Deere tractor.  Jerry was a great father and grandfather.  He always knew what was going on. Visitation Saturday, September 14, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Wisconsin Memorial Park Family Center – West/North Chapel, 12875 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield with a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM with Full Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org or to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, www.t2t.org would be appreciated.
