Joanna Morgan

Joanna Morgan of Virginia Beach, VA, formerly of Thiensville, WI passed away on Tuesday January 31. She was born August 19, 1920 to Michael and Ida Olczyk of Ladysmith, Wisconsin. After graduating from Nursing school she served as a U.S. Army nurse in France and Germany during World War ll. She married Robert Morgan and they owned Morgan Jewelers in Thiensville from 1959-1984. Joanna is survived by three sisters, Genowefa (Gen), Patricia, and Rita. She is also survived by her four children, Susan Saulietis, Alan Morgan (Azucena), Mary Nichols (Jim) and Roger Morgan (Elaine): 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Zygmond, and husband Robert. Services will take place at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, Mequon on Friday, February 10, beginning with a viewing at 10:30 AM and a funeral mass at 11:30 AM.
