The Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor on Jack's 15

He faithfully served his county as a cryptographer stationed in Germany.
After service Jack moved to Milwaukee and worked at the Veterans Home as a cook. It was there he met the love of his life. Dorothy Jeske. Jack died just shy of their 73
rd
wedding anniversary.
After Jack and Dorothy married, Jack took a job with the Heil company and worked there for 35 years as an Industrial Engineer and shop manager, until he took early retirement because the company relocated. Jack loved his family and worked hard to support his six children and give them a Catholic education. He worked evenings at Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Hospital and seasonally with the Post Office. Jack enjoyed watching sports, playing cards, bowling, golf and spending time with family and friends.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy, his children Jean (Scott) Wold, Cheryl (the late Jere) Nicholas, Doreen (the late Antonio) Rosario and David Haines, his grandchildren, Angelique Rosario, Eric Nicholas, Laurel (Cody) Stein, Alanna Rosario, and his great granddaughter Lilyannah Smith.
