Kathleen Staszewski

June 29, 1956 — August 23, 2023

(nee Krusick), age 67, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at her home in Franklin, Wisconsin with her devoted husband by her side. She was born to the late Clifford and Dorothy Krusick on June 29, 1956 in Waukegan, Illinois. Kat was the beloved wife of Chuck for 41 years, a loving sister and aunt, and a caring mother to many cherished cats and dogs. She had an unmatched dedication to the Green Bay Packers, the Milwaukee Brewers, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Wisconsin Badgers, and the classic shows on MeTV, watching all with one of her cats on her lap, Sammy, Scooter or Summer. Kat was a flower child, she especially loved the Zinnias that her beau, Charlie, would grow in her garden. Kat's love, positivity, and will to live shined through despite what she went through physically for so many years. Kathleen is survived by her husband Charles Staszewski; siblings, Keith (Jean) Krusick and Mary Jo Krusick; nieces, Kelly Krusick and Holly Krusick; nephew, Nathaniel Krusick; and many other relatives and friends. Kathleen is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, her parents, and her sister, Sandra Lynn Krusick. A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life in Kat's honor will be held at Clifford's Supper Club, 10418 W Forest Home Ave, Hales Corners, WI 53130 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 9, 2023 with a Celebration of Life at 3:30 PM. Private Interment will be at St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kat's name may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital ( www.stjude.org ). PEACE, LOVE, DOVE
