Lori Ann Dieringer (McLees), age 63, of Germantown, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully at her home on December 28, 2025. After a three-year journey following a stage IV cancer diagnosis, Lori entered into true freedom and rest, surrounded by love.
Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Lori was the cherished daughter of John and the late Grace McLees. She graduated from Menomonee Falls High School in 1980 and later married her beloved husband, Henry L. Dieringer, in 1988.
Lori built a meaningful career in healthcare marked by dedication and determination. Beginning in phlebotomy, she steadily worked her way into leadership and ultimately served as a Business Development Manager at ProHealth Care. She later joined Vivent Health in Milwaukee, where over eight years she rose to Project Manager and served as an implementation liaison, helping launch new facilities across the country. The travel that came with her work was something she truly enjoyed, and wherever she went, Lori made friends along the way.
Devoted to serving others, especially her family, she brought warmth, steadiness, and joy to everyday life. She turned traditions and holidays into treasured memories through her cooking and baking, and her good spirit could lift an entire room. She was all-in: dependable, determined, and never one to do anything halfway.
Even with her unwavering drive, Lori made room for joy. Marco Island was her favorite escape, and time at the beach with loved ones nearby was a reset for her soul. Back home, she found ways to bring a piece of that getaway into everyday life through quiet afternoons by her pool with the sun on her face, often capped off with a margarita and good company.
Her greatest achievement was the beautiful family she built and provided for with love. Lori is survived by her husband, Henry Dieringer; her sons Evan (Alyssa), Taylor (Michelle), and Austin (Audrey); and her daughters Allyse (Marshall) and Rebecca. She is also survived by her siblings Nicole, Todd, John, Cynthia, and Jacquelyn; and by her grandchildren Dylan, Payton, Jayden, Bentley, Cashton, Westlynn, Arleigh, Taysin, Lennon, and Dahlia, whom she adored beyond measure and loved to encourage, spoil, and celebrate. Lori was preceded in death by her mother, Grace, who we trust joyfully welcomed her into heaven.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., followed by a service at 10:45 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, N89W16297 Cleveland Ave., Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. A gathering to celebrate Lori's life will follow immediately after the service, with the location announced at that time. Donations may be made to the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center (MCW Cancer Center) in support of cancer research.
