Lorraine Weinkauf

Weinkauf, Lorraine "Grandma" (nee McAdams) Passed peacefully on Sunday, January 14 at the age of 98 years. Preceded in death by her husband Don, son Jim, and daughter-in-law Terry. She is survived by her children; Donna (Tom) Ryan, Kathy (Ted) Rieder and Larry Weinkauf, her daughter-in-law Sharon Weinkauf, her brother Al McAdams and her sister Helen (Ken) Schmid. She is further loved by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lorraine touched the lives of countless children as the "Grandma" at Grandma's House Child Care Centers. A special thank you to Maureen Bruss for all her care to Grandma. The family also thanks Heartland Hospice and the staff at Heritage of Elm Grove for their care and kindness to grandma. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 20 at Mary Queen of Heaven Parish, 2322 S. 106th Street, West Allis from 11AM until time of Mass at 1PM. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Heartland Hospice.
