She married married Norman Thompson on September 16, 1950 who preceded her in death on December 6, 1995. Loving mother of Yvonne (Thomas) Eynon, Vanessa (Michael) O'Brien and Leigh Mattila. Dear nana of Sarah Eynon, Nathan (Krystal) Eynon, Joshua (Stephanie) Eynon, Megan (Adam) North, Caitlin O'Brien, Sean O'Brien, Jacob Mattila, Erik Mattila and Ashley Mattila. Dear great-grandma of Addison, Ellie, Charlotte, William and Madison. Margaret was an avid knitter and enjoyed cross-stitching. She also loved watching English programs, movies and her beloved dog Lucy. Private family services will be held. If desired, memorial contributions can be made in Margaret's name to the American Heart Association.
