Marianne Herrmann

Peacefully joined her pack at the Rainbow Bridge on April 23, 2018. She was born on June 9, 1955. She is survived by her spouse of 25 years, Wendy Basel of Milwaukee; brother Dennis (Laura) of Rock Hall, MD, brother David of Milwaukee; dear friends and college chums Pat and Larry, Marsha and Peter, Ron and Ellie, Gayle, and Linda; cousins Terry, Kathy, Jean (Andy), and many other family members and friends. We will always miss Marianne's sense of fairness, her love of and care for her pets, her enjoyment of beer and conversation, her Wii skills, the infamous #10 stare, and her snarky reaction to hypocrisy of all kinds. Memorial Service will be held at 608 E. Burleigh Street on June 9 at 12 noon, memorial gathering from 11 AM until time of Service. Refreshments afterwards. In lieu of flowers, friends and family ask that you donate to the Southern Poverty Law Center, and hoist a good beer (not Miller) in her name.
