Marilyn Mae Brosowsky (nee Miller), 84, passed away on December 11, 2021, at her home in Cedarburg, WI. Marilyn was born in Lima, OH on April 25, 1937 to Donald and Lodena Miller. She lived in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan before moving to Wisconsin during her high school years. Marilyn graduated from Green Bay East High School in 1955 and from the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in 1959. In 1965 she married fellow pharmacist Ralph Brosowsky. They built a home in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin where they raised their family. She was employed by Lohmiller's Serv-U Pharmacy in Menomonee Falls as a pharmacist for most of her career. She served on the Menomonee Falls Library Board, was an active member of AAUW (American Association of University Women) and several book clubs, and the Menomonee Falls Common Threads Quilt Guild. Marilyn loved reading, travelling, and quilting. She leaves behind her sister Susan (Jack) Schmidtke, her children Anne (Mike Roth), and John (Kristina Westphal), three grandchildren, Max, Nora and Malcolm Roth, many quilts, and even more books. A memorial service will be held in January. The family wants to thank Preceptor Hospice for the dedication and care and provided by everyone on the staff who helped Marilyn and her family in her last months. In lieu of flowers, she has asked for donations to be made to Hope Network Inc. in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. (www.hopenetworkinc.org/)
