Marion Coon

Marion A. "Mary" Coon (Nee Stratz) Born to Eternal Life October 26, 2017. Of Menomonee Falls, age 91. Born March 15, 1926 in Woodhull, WI, daughter of the late Albin and Iona Stratz. On June 18, 1949 she married the late Robert J. Coon Sr. They raised 5 children, Joanne (Charles) Meyers, Robert J. (Deborah) Coon Jr., all of Menomonee Falls, Barbara Coon (Dennis Small) of Granger, IN, Marilyn (H. Thomas) Klahorst of Colgate and Gerald Coon (Stewart Dempsey) Of Milwaukee. Infant children Janet and Steven preceded her in death. Her passions included her children, 12 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren. Mary loved to read, collect stamps, and cheer on the Brewers and Packers. A memorial gathering will be held Friday, November 3 from 10-12 followed by a mass at 12 Noon at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, N88 W17658 Christman Rd., Menomonee Falls. Private interment St. Mary's Cemetery Menomonee Falls. In lieu of flowers or memorials, warm and fond memories are what Mary would cherish most.
