Mary Boehm

Boehm, Mary R. (nee Myers) of Germantown Mary passed away at home on February 9, 2021, at the age of 89. Loving wife of the late Leslie Boehm. Beloved mother of Ruth Kelly, Linda (Allen) Kidd, Debbie (John) Koren, and Linda (Greg) Meyer, and Ronald Boehm. Proud grandma of Eli (Jenny) Lonzrick, Angie Kleinhans, Shane Kelly, Burt Williams, Jennifer Williams, Michael Williams, Nichole Williams, Alexandra (Max) Meyer-Moore, and Griffin Meyer. Cherished great-grandma to 16 and great-great grandma to 3. Preceded in death by her husband and 5 siblings. Mary lived for her family. Her husband, children, grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren brought her so much joy. She was also an exceptional caregiver. When her husband, Les, had Alzheimer's, she cared for him like nobody else could. When he ultimately went to live at a nursing facility for his final years, she brought him lunch and made sure that he was being well cared for, every day without complaint. She was also a fighter. In the past twenty years she survived two heart attacks and open-heart surgeries, the last one only 16 months ago. She was never one to give up, especially if it meant not being there for her family. Her spirit will live on in her family and friend's hearts.
