Melvin Green

Green, Melvin W. Found peace with his Lord December 9, 2018 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Merrylou (nee Clasen). Loving father of Beverly Green, Melanie (Michael) Smith, and Arthur (Kathy) Green. Proud grandfather of Makayla and Draper Smith and Isabelle Green. Preceded in death by his parents and one sister. Further survived by 7 siblings, special friends Mike and Holly Lang, other family and friends. Mel retired from the U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class and was a member of the Howard J. Schroeder American Legion Post 457. Memorial service will be held Saturday, December 15 at 11 AM at St. John Lutheran Church, 1193 Lakefield Rd, Grafton. Visitation from 10 AM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St . John Lutheran Church, the Howard J. Schroeder Post 457, or the Polly and William D. Van Dyke Cancer Center- Ozaukee are appreciated.
