Michael Balister

Michael D. Balister Born to Eternal Life April 20, 2021 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Lorraine (Herink) for 58 years. Loving father of Lisa (Joseph) Lau, Gina Rosin, Sam Balister, Dean (Wendy) Balister, and John (Genevieve) Balister. Proud grandfather of Joseph Michael, Henry, Rachael, Amanda, Amy, Angela, Danny, Michael, Frank, Martha, Vivian, Sophia, Salvatore, Loretta, and Mary Rose. Dear great-grandfather of Tristen, Vinnie, Addyson, Dahlia, and Grace. Preceded in death by his parents Sam and Florence and sister, Diane Salaks. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Michael was a Little League Baseball and Flag Football coach in the Sussex/Lisbon area for over 25 years. He retired from Evenrude Motors and was deeply involved in volunteer work at St. Stanislaus Church. He will be dearly missed. Visitation will be held Friday, April 23 from 4-7 PM at Schramka Funeral Home (W164 N9034 Water St., Menomonee Falls). Requiem High Mass will be Saturday, April 24 at 11 AM at St. Stanislaus (524 W. Historic Mitchell St, Milwaukee). Interment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Menomonee Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Stanislaus Restoration Project or HAWS greatly appreciated.
