Michael Cesarec

Passed away peacefully at home on January 17, 2017 at the age of 93 years. Loving husband of Loyola M. "Lee" (nee Deehr) for 70 years. Dear father of Pat (Jerry) Taylor, Mike Cesarec (Leanne Gray), Bob (Barbara) Cesarec and Kathy Cesarec (Ted Jach). Further loved by 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Mike proudly served his country during WWII. He was a longtime member of Our Lady of Good Hope Parish and was ordained as a deacon in June of 1984. He retired from Evinrude after 30 years of service. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Good Hope Parish (7152 N. 41st St., Milwaukee) on Saturday, January 21 at 11 AM. Visitation at church Saturday from 9 AM until 10:45 AM. Committal prayers and full military honors at Resurrection Cemetery Chapel (9400 W. Donges Bay Rd., Mequon) on Monday at 11AM . In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Our Lady of Good Hope. Special thank you to our caregiver Martha Strickland and the staff at the VA Center.
